RUNNING SUCKS!
havent gone gym for approx. 2 weeks, starting to feel uneasy.
But the thing is that i havent shrink even though i dropped lots of protein from my diet but continued 5 meals a day. Yeah!
I have training pull-ups and dips though. Only these two for "maintenance" and Napfa. My 2.4Km run is coming right up but i havent finished 6 rounds since 3 years ago. Can i curse and swear now?

Is running even a form of exercise? I injured my shin bone because of ^%&*-ing running...

omg. i am screwed-up
i cant run now because of injury and napfa is in 2 weeks time.
What should i do?
